SmartPak™ Exhibitor Party
Everyone is invited to the SmartPak Exhibitor Party on Tuesday, June 22 at 7 p.m. in the Arena 3 Cabana! SmartPak will host the “Put the Scoop Down” Feeding Challenge where NRHA Professionals will battle the clock for great prizes. The festivities also will include the 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament, Egg & Spoon Race and lots of fun for the whole family. Take a few moments to visit with NRHA Corporate Partner SmartPak and see what special surprise they have for you!

Egg & Spoon Race
Get your team ready and bring your horses for a fun warm up session. Teams will consist of three members, one open rider and two other riders who are non pro and/or youth members. The race will be limited to 16 fun-loving teams, so contact Brian Bendele, Shianne Megel, or a youth officer to reserve your spot. Proceeds from the race will benefit the Still Creek Boys & Girls Ranch in Bryan, Texas. Teams must be entered by 6:45 p.m. on June 22 at the Arena 3 Cabana or NRHA Show Office. The contest will start following the SmartPak “Put the Scoop Down” Feeding Challenge.

Platinum Performance Draw Parties
Owners and riders of both Open and Non Pro Derby finalists are invited to celebrate with their friends and family during the Platinum Performance Open and Non Pro Draw Parties. The Open Draw Party is scheduled for 7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 23 with the Non Pro Draw Party being held the following morning at 9 a.m. Owners and riders will receive a finalist gift from Platinum Performance. Owners will receive a commemorative pin from NRHA. Thank you, Platinum Performance! Both draw parties will be held in the NRHA Zone.

Cimarron Trailers Amazing Trailer Race
Youth 18 and under will have a chance to win their very own Cimarron Trailers mini-model trailer in the Cimarron Trailers Amazing Trailer Race! Preliminaries will be held on Thursday, June 24 at 2 p.m. in Arena 3 with the finals to be held Friday night during the Non Pro Derby Finals. Youth will compete in Youth 10 & Under, 11-13 and 14-18 age divisions. Stop by the Cimarron Trailers booth in the Super Barn to enter!

NRHA Awards Banquet & Hall of Fame Inductions
Join us on Thursday, June 24 at 6 p.m. at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum to salute the 2009 NRHA World Champions, 2010 NRHA Hall of Fame Inductees and the NRHA Dale Wilkinson Lifetime Achievement Award winner. Following the banquet, don’t miss the chance to battle your friends at the RHSF Casino Night and get a sneak peak of the 2010 Alltech® FEI World Equestrian Games.

RHSF BBQ
Join the Reining Horse Sports Foundation and the Oklahoma Pork Council for a picnic-style BBQ on Friday, June 25. Follow your nose to the smell of delicious pork barbecue and help us support the future of Reining! The lunch starts at noon in front of Cinder Lakes Ranch and Reproduction Center in the Super Barn.

NRHA Collegiate Reining Championship
Be a part of the excitement as collegiate riders experience the Ultimate Catch Ride at the NRHA Collegiate Reining Championships on Saturday, June 27. The success of this competition depends on horses being donated for this class. Fourteen horses will be needed, one for each of the 12 competitors plus 2 alternate horses. As a thank you for your donation your horse’s stall fees will be refunded after the show. If you are interested in helping or know of someone who is, please contact Brian Bendele or Shianne Megel.

Kiser Edge Giveaway
Level the playing field with the Kiser Edge from Kiser Arena Specialists! A Kiser Edge will be awarded to the highest composite score in the Level 3 Open division of the NRHA Derby. The composite will consist of scores in the first and second go round. Stop by the Kiser Arena Specialist booth on the in the Trade Show to find out more about Kiser products like the Edge, TR3™ Rake, Arena Rascal Pro™and the Kiser Dragmaster™.

Reiner Vanity Covers

2010 NRHyA Art and Photo Contest
The NRHyA Art and Photo Contest is online now! Visit NRHyA’s official Facebook page to vote for your favorite entry in each category or visit the Youth Room at the NRHA Derby to vote in person. The talented winners will be announced on Saturday at the Derby.

Onsite Member Services
Stop by the NRHA Zone on the Coliseum West Concourse or the NRHA Derby Show Office to complete NRHA business transactions. Bring all of your paperwork for competition licenses, transfers, memberships, nominations or anything else and NRHA Staff will be there to take care of you. While you’re on the West Concourse, visit NRHA Outfitters to get the latest NRHA-logoed gear. From caps and t-shirts to outwear and accessories, Outfitters will have you covered in style!

Be a Shoe-In for WEG!
Help spread the love of Reining personally at the 2010 Alltech® FEI World Equestrian Games! Drop off used sliding plates in the Show Office and we’ll give them to lucky WEG goers as a unique memento! Write your name and hometown or ranch name and website on the shoe so they’ll know exactly where it originated.
